I even asked to see his qualification before allowing him to work on my car. He showed me his BTEC national diploma in Motor Vehicle studies. I would not hesitate to use him again and would recommend him.

He turned up to replace a water pump in a rover 25 (not a difficult job), was there for an hour and said he couldn't do it and left. He came back a couple of days later after fetching a haynes manual, took off the belt and all the bolts, then said he still couldn't do it... and just left.
He left all the parts off of the car, I have since had another mechanic out to look at it who said that somehow, he managed to snap the pulley. So, not only was this mechanic a complete waste of time, he ended up costing me more money than was needed.
Avoid at all costs. I don't even think he's a genuine qualified mechanic.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Could not fault these guys, they did exactly what I wanted which was to service my Audi S8. They charged me less than half of what Audi wanted; I checked. They stamped my service book, showed me exactly what parts had been replaced before they removed them for disposal, they were polite, clean, well spoken, and didn't want endless cups of tea! They charged me £45 per hour compared to Audi who wanted over £100 per hour; a real bargain. I have already rebooked them for my other cars. Fantastic service guys, keep it up.
