Aspire2Change - HypnotherapistAspire2Change was set up in 2004 by Jenny Lewis to offer a tailored service to people wanting to make real changes for the better in their lives. Jenny provides quality coaching, hypnotherapy, NLP, thought pattern management and past life regression therapy, plus personal support for managers and woman working on their own running a business.
Jenny uses a blend of her skills to help people eg, with confidence, self-esteem, stress, anxiety, phobias, relationships, loss etc. She prefers not to work with smoking cessation or weight loss. She specialises in people making major life change.
Aspire2Change has an expanding network of clients and most of them come through personal recommendation (always a good sign) and through the internet. Most clients come from SE Wales, but some have come from as far afield as Pembrokeshire and Somerset.
Jenny particularly enjoys working with women, but also has many male clients. Some clients are sponsored by their employers, but many pay privately for their coaching or therapy. Here are Jenny's credentials:
