| 2.35 2.3 out of 5 - Was perfectly happy with the service we received until we moved out! We spent a whole day once the house was empty with all of our family cleaning filling in holes and painting the property. The landord now wants to deduct nearly £300 from our deposit for ridiculous general wear and tear. I would also add that the property was left in better condition with new light fittings left in the reception room which are significantly better and when we moved in a family member found it necessary to clean the kitchen cupboards before she would put our belongings in.when trying to discuss my view on the subject landlord will not listen to what you have to say and constantly talks over you. Avoid unless you have money to throw away!
