The work was delayed due to the extreme cold weather but Armstrong continued on & kept us updated and also were very understanding of us being an operational hotel and working around this. I was very fussy about the script (to make sure it is appropriate etc) and anxious about the outcome because if it wasn't right, it would be irreversible. Andy and Natalia couldn't have been more helpful, suggesting scripts and making several changes in the design process until I had something I liked. Andy also did a 'mock up' for me before he started to be sure I was 100% happy. The finished product is really lovely and I'm delighted with the finished product. Very happy to recommend.

They have recently completed a bespoke artistically led project for the School of Pathology at Oxford University and their workmanship, attitude and commitment has been outstanding throughout.
