We asked Penman Architectural Plans to supply drawings for work being carried out on our house, the kitchen was being moved to a different part of the house, and where the kitchen was originally was being turned into an ensuite. We also required French doors leading to the back garden. The service provided was superb, drawings were perfect for the work which was then carried out and they were all supplied to us in excellent time.

Acting as our agent, Iain from Penman Architectural plans made a succesful building warrant application that enabled us to knock a new doorway through from kitchen to garden and to brick up an unwanted bathroom window. We needed to get planning permission for a double storey extension to be buit at the rear of out property. Iain put together a great design utilising the space very well, providing us with the drawings and filling in all of the paper work. He completed everything for us, we did nothing. It was very good as we know nothing about the building regs etc. Iain explained everything in simple terms - We got our permission granted and the work will start soon. Top rated!
Everything was good Iain was very good at explaining everything as my husband and I didnt have a lot of time. Putting out plans in and dealing with the planning department was all done for us, we never had to do a thing. We are very peased with the final finish. We felt he was very reasonably priced for the level of work he done for us.
I had plans drawn up to renovate my dinning/kitchen area. I was very happy and impressed with the speed which these plans were drawn and presented. Customer service was very good and Iain was very efficient. I have absolutely no complaints and would recomend him to friends and colleagues.
