I would confirm that the recent upgrade of our web site and related training was undertaken by Matthew McLiddy, Web Consultant, of Arachnid Media.

We received excellent advice from the outset and once agreement had been reached on the changes that needed to be made the work was carried out expeditiously and within budget.

The staff who received subsequent training in connection with future site maintenance felt that it was relevant and made easier to understand as a result of Matthew’s approach to explaining things in the simplest way possible.
