I purchased a new heating element for my fan oven.To be on safe side I took in broken element.I was sold a replacement part making a saving of over 10 pounds on "original manufacturer`s part" .Working perfectly.

I will not be buying from these rip off merchants again, i bought a part for my vacum cleaner i gave all the details (ie name/make -model number -type every thing but the hoover) got it home on saturday but it was wrong ,so i took it back and asked for a refund ,and was told i would have to pay a 50% handling charge ,all i got back was 1/2 what i paid for that idiot supplying the wrong part. Will not go there again.Read More

Together with our suppliers we have over 20 years of vast personal knowledge and experience, plus the use of the very latest technical back up in the world today. We employ highly qualified professional staff only however, this being said, we are not immune to mistakes, but generally when things go wrong they are mostly out of our control. It would be fair to say that had we received all of the information stated above then Mr Johnson would certainly have been supplied with the correct part for his machine. However, what he omits to say is that since his purchase, he decided to replace his machine and therefore simply no longer required the parts previously bought. Subject to a sliding scale re-stocking charge we are happy to accept for refund any parts purchased from us, (excluding special orders), depending on the state of return. With regard to Mr Johnson, apart from his attitude, was that the packaging was damaged and the product could not be re-sold as new.
