An engineer comes to your premises, either domestic, commercial or educational and works alongside the customer to enable them to grasp the problems at hand if that is so desired or will just repair the machine while they get on with their own work or activities. Any issues can be resolved from crashing applications, non starting systems, software upgrades, memory upgrades, wireless and all internet security issues. Backup of crucial data and lessons in how to backup and restore your valuable photos, music, and videos and advise on which backup methods are most suited to you.
The Company delivers a wide range of support that is focused on the Apple Mac user of today. It can help the customer to learn many new diagnostic and self help skills they did not know they could undertake. The company is managed by Lee Jones who has been focusing on the Computer Support industry for many years. Having previously worked in recording studios and in graphic design, Lee Jones is more than able to run the company.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I found Lee's details on the internet and having had a disaster with a company who have a high st presence I held little faith in anybody being able to solve my Mac problem (totally scrambled Aperture archive of 25,000 images - disaster for a photographer). I had given up hope of ever finding somebody who could actually do a decent job and rectify the problem. Lee instantly put me at ease, he calmly and methodically worked through the issues and within a few hours I was fully operational once again. It's a huge relief to have confidence in the engineer that your paying to do the job (unlike that other bunch!). I have already recommended Lee to every Mac user that I know.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Following the conking out of my hard drive, and the disappearance of my precious emails from my 2005 Leopard Mac laptop, Lee rescued and transferred them to my new iPad and brought laptop together in sync.
I wasn't optimistic it could be done but Lee did it, before my very eyes boosted by some tea and chocolate biscuits !

| 4.35 4.3 out of 5 - Lee has come to fix problems on my Apple system 3 times now and each time he has fixed the problem and was very fast in his response to get to me. The last time was due to my hard drive being corrupted but as my system had a spare hard drive he successfully transferred the information and rebooted me. He spent time coaching me on the more obscure usage of the Apple operating system to enable me to sort simpler problems by myself. His rates are reasonable, not cheap or exorbitant but does represent value for money. I would have no hesitancy in recommending to any other users who may be experiencing problems with their Apple computer. Barry Cumberland.

Very happy to recommend Lee as he doesn't consider you as just another customer, but as somebody to have a decent conversation with while the work gets done.
