Angie was first drawn to shiatsu many years ago when she suffered panic attacks after the birth of her son. She now works full time giving Shiatsu her work has taken her to many places including Italy, Portugal, America, Singapore and London.

Shiatsu - translated means finger pressure and is a form of therapeutic body work given whilst wearing loose clothing on a futon on the floor, or on a specialist massage chair.

Shiatsu has been proven to increase physical energy and reduce lethargy.
Regular Shiatsu encourages health awareness, helps prevent long term illness and reduces working days lost. Shiatsu can also support you at difficult times, such as bereavement or divorce.
