I had a problem with the CPU of my desktop and the engineer took it away and later the same day returned it with the problem completely resolved. The engineer came out almost immediately once I called them and was extremely polite. The price was also extremely cheap. For anyone with any IT problems, I suggest you give Andson IT a call as not only do the provide a top class service but they also provide it at an extremely cheap price. 4.7 out of 5 | Andson IT were recommended to me by a trusted business associate, and following this recommendation I contacted Arjun from Andson IT to fix my computer, which had catastrophically broken down leaving me without the tool that helps me organise my business and schedule my work. Arjun visited my home-based office later the same evening in order to fix the fault, but was unable to resolve the issue within the time-frame, and so took the computer back to his workshop. Arjun called me lunchtime the following day to tell me that he had fixed the problem, he had also recovered my lost data and files, and reorganised them to enable an easier fix in future should another similar problem occur. Arjun also advised me on how I can protect my data better to minimise data losses in future.
I am very pleased with the service level commitment demonstrated, and I am equally impressed by the reasonable fees charged. In view of this I would not hesitate to recommend Andson IT for any IT issues you may have. |
