Head Chef and Restaurant Manager Carl Magill is a fully-qualified and experienced Chef, and he is therefore able to act as a genuine link between customer and kitchen. He knows food and he knows diners, and his management skills are based on reality. He has a wealth of experience and has been trained by some of the top chefs in the North. His culinary expertise mixed with his artistic flair ensures that his dishes are not only a delight to the Palate but also to the eyes.
