| 1.75 1.7 out of 5 - I have recently purchased some items for my wedding cake, the staff were lovely very help full to start with then I recieved my order which I left specaial instructions to check the flower was same colour as the ribbon if they wernt then change if nessicary, they turned up and they were completely different flower was purple ribbon was burgendy so I sent them back had to pay £6. 95 postage aswell then I was spoken to rudely by louise when she phoned to tell me she had recieved the return and was sending me the ivory flowers and I would have to pay postage again for her to send them to me, the new package arrived and believe it or not the flowers were now peach I sent the picture to them and phoned spoke with the owner kevin adams he is the rudest director of a company I have ever spoken with no customer service very bad attitude his manor was apppaling, my wedding is next week and I now have no flowers for the cake this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life awlful customer service over the phone. Will never trust or use this company again its disgusting the way they treat there customers and I cant quite believe there still in business the way they treat people and clearly are not competent enough to get an order right the first time let alone the second would never recommend this company again.
