Although only formed in 2003, Allinthemind Photography has many more years experience in the photography trade, and provides wedding photography, portrait photography and further education courses to clients throughout the region. The company is based in Abbeymead (Gloucester).
The company has an expanding base of happy clients. There are many references available. They have all commented on how friendly, fun and professional their photographer was. Allinthemind Photography is managed by Simon Young. After some time working for British Hypnosis Research, Simon realised that he'd rather be taking photographs than sitting behind a desk. He has brought his fascination of people and his close study of faces to his photographic work. He has a reputation of putting people at ease and allowing them to enjoy the photographic experience. Of course his photographs are top notch too.
The company has a network of talent to call upon including makeup artists, hair stylists and additional photographers. As well as being a photographer, Simon is also a qualified makeup artist. It offers people photography to the highest of standards. People have travelled from Scotland, Ireland and the USA to have portrait sessions. There have also been invitations to photograph international weddings. The engagement with his clients has earned Simon a highly respected reputation amongst his clients and peers. Coaching and training courses for other photographers are run on a regular basis.

Simon Young photographed our wedding in August 2008 and he produced some excellent results, both my wife and I were thrilled with his results. Throughout the process Simon was extremely flexible and helpful, including visiting our home and the location prior to the shoot. Throughout the day his relaxed, unobtrusive, yet professional manner allowed him to put our guests at their ease and get some great naturalistic shots. We avoided the hour and a half spent at most weddings where the photographer marshals the guests into x number of forced poses with everyone getting fed up.
Simon clearly has an eye for composing a great picture and it shows in his work.
His price was at the lower end of mid-range and extremely competitive. Aftercare was also excellent, we got the pictures we wanted and free web hosting, with no hard sell or hidden "extras". You will not be disappointed if you hire Allinthemind photography. Benjamin Haskins - 14 Oct 2008 |
