Formed in June 2008, All About W8 South Fife has now established itself in the weight loss sector and delivers fast, safe and effective weight loss support and advice to individuals and employers throughout South Fife, with groups and information sessions in Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline. The W8 clinic is situated in Mitchelston Industrial Estate (Kirkcaldy). Free BMI checks and information and support with a W8 programme available to nearly everyone who wants to lose weight, be it a few pounds or much more. Support given in person, by telephone, email and text. Call or email to book an information session or simply have a chat about W8 programmes or services. The W8 Clinic is based in Kirkcaldy and W8 Satellite Clinic is located in Duloch Community Library every Thursday at 5. 30pm.
The five All About W8 programmes are delivered in South Fife by the W8 consultant and practice managers who are trained in weight loss and nutrition to help clients lose weight and keep it off. The W8 programmes are designed to be safe, fast and effective and obtain full nutrition whilst losing weight healthily through mind, body and balance to achieve and maintain a healthy BMI. W8 Programmes have been developed by one of the worlds leading nutritional experts to help clients through their weight loss journey to achieve healthy weight loss. All About W8 South Fife is delivering programmes that form a solid platform of healthy eating for the entire family. All About W8 programmes comprise of a large range of delicious and highly fortified meal replacements with healthy low GI foods.
With a close-knit unit of three qualified weight loss advisors, All About W8 South Fife is still growing and available to offer advice on weight loss and maintenance. The Snr South Fife area consultant is Fiona Ford who is a qualified lawyer and as well as being a qualified W8 loss consultant she is now studying to become a qualified nutritionist. Practice managers are Jane Crichton, former beauty therapist and Susan Wilkie who is a qualified biochemist. All three W8 South Fife staff are available to impart advice and support to clients on a weight loss journey and then into weight maintenance. The W8 staff have all gone on their own W8 loss journey and now maintain a healthy BMI so are therefore able to offer sypathetic help and advice to clients who need to achieve the same.

All About W8 South Fife are are closed Monday, are open 12:00 to 2:30 Tuesday, 5:00 to 7:30 Wednesday, 2:00 to 7:00 Thursday, 3:30 to 5:00 Friday and are closed Saturday to Sunday.

I have lost over 3 stone and transformed from obese (30 BMI) to a healthy BMI of 23.5 in just a few months. I have tried many weight loss plans in the past and given up due to the loss of motivation at the slow result. All about W8 delivers everything it promises with quick results. The support that Fiona provided was second to none and was a real contribution to my success. Her understanding and encouragement really helped me stay focused and achieve my goals. I am now on the maintenance control program and my attitude to food and diet has completely changed throughout my journey. Fiona was a real inspiration and her success on the program really showed me what could be achieved if I put my mind to it. The product itself is great, and I believe it's teaching me good eating habits that I can have for life. The consultant, Fiona, is just brilliant - if you're having a crisis she's really supportive, she's always there to listen. The customer support from the consultant, Fiona Ford, has been excellent. She is encouraging and supportive, and you never feel that you are doing this alone.
