All About Croydon - Online Community Website

All About Croydon is a "One stop" portal for both Community and Business users. Croydon is the largest shopping and commercial area in the south east (excluding london.) with over 330,000 people calling it home and over 22,000 business, Croydon is also home to the only Tram network within the whole of London.

All About Croydon is changing the way both the community and business sectors can search for information freely. There is no membership required. The web site went live late July 2006. In its first week, there were over 700 unique visitors and over 2000 page views. (These numbers are from the web site statistics)

The Community Section splits the borough into 25 community areas. Within these sections, users can find out their local councillors, government representatives, places of worship, local recreation and so much more. The Business section of All About Croydon brings together lots of information from different organisations in and around the borough. Information includes the latest news, events, free resources, commercial properties, and a business directory. The site also includes a classified section, property section, entertainment including news and reviews, recruitment listings and lots more.

All About Croydon also has two free weekly newsletters. One for the business section and the other for the community section. These newsletters will have items including news, events and information.
