There was a slight problem with the instruction leaflet being missed from the box but I called alfresia and they sent me another copy the next day. All in all very happy with the product and service.

The listing for the conservatory said up to 21 days but they arrived in 2 days with the hammock cushions. All were top quality and when I called them to thank them they told me they were made in the UK by themselves! old fashioned brilliant service no more chain stores for me thanks guys.

I have been trying for 2 months to either get my goods or a refund with no success. I would strongly recommed that people do not use this Company
