 out of 5 | We first contacted Altinkum Bays Easy Ways during the height of the summer when we were 'abandoned' by our pool,garden and cleaning maintenance company. We had read about the company on a Forum site and following verbal recommendations we contacted Phil Jones. At this point our pool was beginning to show the effects of neglect but he did not hesitate in coming that day to test the water, treat and clean the pool so that we could use it again. Since that time his company have made good all repairs and renewals of the valves and pipework after we had showed him leaks and other problems in the 'pump'room. As we are now back in the UK he has sent 'before and after' pictures via email of the work that has been carried out. Obviously we are not able to comment on the daily maintenance at this stage. They are also looking after our garden which was looking neglected and again we are being sent picture updates of the progress. In all our dealings with Phil and Sue Johns and their company we have found them to be very competent and professional and we have contracts in place for the next 12 months. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company. |
out of 5 | We have owned property in Mavishier since October 2007 and we have our cleaning and property managment carried out by AltinkumBaysEasyWays and have had nothing but a first class service from them. The company is run by an english couple Phil & Sue Johns who actually live in the Mavishier area so they can react to issues affecting your apartment or any requests from you very quickly indeed. When your property is over 4000 miles and a four hour flight away its a real comfort to know that somebody is going in your property on a regular basis to check that everything is alright. Your know this as Phil sends you an email to confirm his visit and that all is well We have found that the real advantage of having Phil & Sue property manage our apartment for us is that if there is a problem there is an english voice on the other end as dealing with turkish speaking companies can sometimes be very difficult. As well as property checks Phil & Sue have provided us with first class cleaning of our apartment when we have required it. They have also made sure that the apartment is fully aired and have placed a welcome pack to our guests requests if required and we cannot fault the service we get from them. If however there is a problem when your guests are out there Phil is always on the end of the phone and will go and sort the problems out for them We would have no hesitation in reconmending AltinkumEasyBayWays to you |
 out of 5 | With so many people buying property abroad (Turkey) it’s easy to get carried away and over look what could be the most important part of your investment and holiday home –and that is Property security. When researching someone to look after my property whilst away it was important for me to find someone with professional experience in the security industry, someone who shared my ideals of high security and attention to detail. It is here I came across Altinkum Easy ways. I was impressed with what they did and with what they are planning to do. They are to introduce a system called a Touch checker system which is a small metal chip (just like a coat button no wires) located in your property which they zap with an electronic recorder which is then downloaded to your email so you then have real time evidence of their visit the information on the tool/system cannot be altered.
This would be complete proof (if you needed it) that your property is being checked when they say. If your property is new Phil quickly liaises with existing workmen on the complex and can update and solve any issues quickly. He works in harmony with the existing property maintenance team on site and not against them –this is an important aspect as many complexes, apartments, villas have some sort of basic on site maintenance team. Altinkum Easy Bays offer many other services to do with property security, like safes, a single switch that switches all electrics off like the air conditioning (apart from fridge) when you go out, this will save on unnecessary electricity bills or if you plan to rent your holiday home out. I haven’t been with Altinkum Easy Bays that long but from what I’ve experienced so far Phil and his wife Sue are a dedicated team who have the safety and security of your property as a top priority. When you’re 1000’s of miles away from your holiday home it’s really comforting to know your property is in good hands. |
out of 5 | We have been using altinkum bays easy ways for just over a year now, we got to know about phil & sue through recomendation. phil checks our apartment every week & sends us an email to say that all is ok. before we arrive phil turns the electric & water on & gets the essentials in the fridge for us. we recomend & trust phil & sue 100% sarah & elvis. |
