Airlie Guest House is a listed building, part of a Georgian Terrace. It is totally non-smoking throughout and personally run by proprietors Peter and Fiona Flynn. It is located on an excellent bus route with buses passing the Guest House every few minutes. The rooms are clean and comfortable and offer good value for money. A large private car park at the rear of the house takes the worry out of parking, making The Airlie and ideal base for business travellers or visitors wishing to explore the wonderful City of Edinburgh.

There are a variety of bedrooms which include single, twin / double / small family en-suite, standard double and large family en-suite. Most of the rooms have their own en-suite shower and toilet and all rooms have their own wash basin, colour television with Freeview, tea / coffee making facilities, adjustable central heating and secondary glazing. There is also a payphone for Guests use. Also provided free of charge is a Wireless hotspot. Enabling Guests to use their laptops while they are staying here. A number of buses go past the Guest House and will take Guests to most parts of the City.

A full cooked breakfast is included in the price and served between 8am an 9am daily. Check in is from 11. 30 am until 8pm and check out on your last day is 10am. On arrival Guests will receive keys allowing access to the Guest House and room at any time. The Guest House is only one mile from the High Street where the Castle and Holyrood Palace are located, also St. Giles Cathedral and several small museums on this street. Just a short walk from the High Street is Princes Street where Guests can take bus tours of Edinburgh, visit the Scott Monument, enjoy a walk through the Gardens.
