The company is owned by Susan Emmerson who, having been involved in Managing Learning and Development in the public sector since 1996 and specialising in analysis and return on investment since 2002, set up Aimeric with the aim to help businesses in the private and voluntary sectors to also understand the importance of making the links between business and learning.

Susan is well qualified to undertake the role of lead analyst being the first person in the UK to be certified as an ROI professional practitioner by the ROI Institute in Cambridge and holding degree level vocational qualifications in Management and masters level vocational qualifications in the Strategic Management of Learning and Development. Susan is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Chartered Management Institute and a registered generalist IiP Adviser with Investors in People. Aimeric are also members of the Federation of Small Businesses, the York and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce and other business networks. Aimeric has an expanding network of clients and associates, located in and around Yorkshire, including private clients.
