 1.0 out of 5 | This company ripped me off for £769 deposit and £100 surveyors fee. Put down a deposit in Sept last year had work to do in house so did not want kitchen until Feb. They called me in Dec asking for full balance and wanted to deliver kitchen. Told them was not ready yet.
Finally ready for delivery and to pay balance, called company and the numbers are all cut off. Only when searching on internet did I find this site and see I had been ripped off.
Called the number the last review person had given and spoke to Lee who was a saleman and he left as they had not paid him in ages. He is after them for money. Dont bother calling other numbers. I have left messages to no avail.
Result - called Trading Standards- they are now looking into this company as a few things have now come to light. I am trying to see if I can get my money back. Watch this space. If you wish to contact me and I can report your stories please call me on 01535 609613

 1.0 out of 5 | My aunt has been ripped off they have taken £600 from her and now done a disappearing act , they are also trading as Home Improvement World , try contacting Lee on 07853824589 or Adam on 07961 920392 , or Freephone 08000887479 , Adam promised a full refund to my Aunt , lo and behold never to be seen again !!! They ordered the wrong doors and said it was my fault and now wont replace them (they say they are in financial difficulties???) so am i now. I have one cupboard door missing which has become impossible to sort out with the company as i cannot get hold of them. i have e-mailed, text, left messages and phoned every day for over four weeks - morning, day and evening times, in fact at all times but still get no answers. My kitchen was fitted in august, it is now almost february. They lied constantly to me, promises were made and guarentees given but still no joy.  1.3 out of 5 | We ordered a kitchen in Oct 08 from Advanced via Aaron their sales rep. (He tells untruths) We wanted supply only and told him we were fitting it. When it was delivered there were no holes drilled for the hinges. Adam suggested I buy a pillar drill and drill them myself. Three drawer fronts are the wrong size its now Jan 09 and they are still the wrong size. Adam never ever rings back.
The customer service is worse than Sh***.

 1.7 out of 5 | I bought a kitchen and had it fitted by this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S FITTERS. I found the quality of the cupboards OK but have had no end of trouble with the quality of the fitting. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU HAVE HAD A MANAGER ROUND TO INSPECT THE WORK IF YOU USE THEIR FITTERS. They promised me fully project managed work - this was a lie. I am in touch with Trading Standards now and the next step will be the Courts. I am really fed up as the kitchen was fitted in June and I am still battling to get anyone to listen to me - big mistake I made was to pay the fitter, then I discovered he had hidden bad workmanship e.g. he had not done the earth bonding. Their company is registered with Companies House under Company No. 06199627 and the next set of accounts are due 31/1/2009. Should be interesting reading.

 1.0 out of 5 | I, too, appear to have been taken for a ride. I ordered my kitchen in August, have paid for the cabinets but not the fitting and seem to have lost out. I cannot get anyone to speak to me but I know they are there as the line is sometimes engaged.

 1.0 out of 5 | I am very sorry to say that buying my kitchen from advance kitchens was a total loss. The sink i received was rejected the tap to go with the sink is not working. The units and the doors are not of the quality that i was told they would be. I have had a lot of problems with this company, I placed an order in july 2008. The kitchen was delivered but some items were missing. I rang them back several times but the company had no idea what happened to the missing items. I t has taken me five months now and to date today (december 2008) I am still waiting for the missing items.  1.0 out of 5 | Please DO NOT use this company. They WILL TAKE YOUR money and LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING IN RETURN. If you try to complain or ask for your money back they will then claim that people have been off sick and promise to get back to you. They wont. I only wish I'd looked at these reviews sooner as now I'm in the process of going through the small claims court and trading standards for good not received.
