Phill helped us to identify our desired website style, then he and his team were great at giving us a selection of designs to choose from and altering them as we began to clarify our thoughts on what we wanted. They have really captured what we wanted and given us a fresh image that we love!
Phill helped us write the copy when we got too bogged down in detail and he was endlessly patient with us when we dithered about getting things finished! He manages to be very knowledgeable yet approachable and easy to work with all at the same time.
The training to use the content management system was great and I feel confident in using a system that is so user friendly. This is great as Phill has also given us plenty of advice about keeping our site interesting and up to date.
Phill has always been quick to respond to any queries we have had, and has been helpful and friendly. He uses plain english and avoids techno jargon which works well for us - we all managed to move email addresses over to the new server with no difficulty at all.
I can genuinely say we have really enjoyed working with Phill and we love the end results!
