Candidates were preselected rather than just a mass of cvs sent through and the pack put together by the agency showed they were aware that being an au pair can be difficult for girls who have never left home before. A real attempt was made to integrate them with contact info and advice to host families. I would not hesitate to recommend absolutely au pairs in the future.
