Abela Secretarial Services was established in April 2005 to provide skilled and experienced admin support to directors, managers and business owners who do not require a full-time secretary, but who do need the skills of a good PA from time to time. The company provides a convenient and fully-flexible support service which is tailored to individual requirements – on an ad hoc, daily or monthly basis.

Abela Secretarial Services offers a complete range of secretarial and administrative support including diary management, meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, word processing, telephone answering in your own company name, bookkeeping, mail forwarding etc. The company operates from an independent, fully-equipped office based in Sittingbourne in Kent.

Since 2005 Abela Secretarial Services has grown and now comprises a team of three people to provide skilled support to it's clients. Each member of the team has extensive experience in secretarial and administrative work of a very high standard. The company provides support to a wide variety of businesses which include, but is not limited to, venture capitalists, boutique investment banks, chartered surveyors, marketing executives and business coaches. Clients are based all over the UK, with one being based in Panama City, and the amount of time each client uses Abela Secretarial Services' varies from half an hour to 55 hours a month. The company is owned and managed by Shelley Abela who has been a senior PA and Office Manager for over 23 years. Having previously worked for Reuters and Goldman Sachs International, Shelley Abela is highly experienced in administration and secretarial work.
