I will start out by saying I was very happy with the work ABC completed. They worked very hard to get my heating up and running over the recent cold snap as I had a baby in the house. The work was all very professionally completed, he undertook all the required, test, liaison with Transco to update the gas meter, sourcing the parts at very competitive prices, and cleaning up after himself. I found him to very clean and the quality of his work was very high, the pipe work was all very neat and tidy and he took time to ensure I understood the operation of my new system.
Main thing was he did not take the easiest option and always took my wishes into account, even when it meant more work for himself. So I am very happy with my new heating system and the service provided by ABC plumbing and would definitely recommend them.
Work completed, removal of old tank system, installation of new gas line, new Combi boiler, and changing of all radiators in the house.

Great job. Excellent service provided. We contacted ABC via Viessman official page. Our old boiler was replaced and a new boiler was installed with excellent quality, promptly and with due care. We would recommend ABC to all that are facing problems with changing boilers.
My old Vaillant boiler was on its last legs and given up the ghost. I did a lot of research on the internet and decided on "Viessman" - a little known brand in the UK but on the Continent its the top boiler brand. They are a little bit more expensive than a normal boiler but I wanted efficiency and German reliability so I went for it despite the initial higher cost.
I bought the boiler myself from PTS for £1,006.80GBP including VAT and delivery (Viessmann Vitodens 200-W Combi 26Kw) plus a standard Viessmnan flue for a further £58.80 and set about looking for a decent honest quality local Gas Safe (new name for Corgi registered) heating company. On top of that I wanted a Viessmann trained engineer because then my boiler would get a free both parts and labour 5 (FIVE) year warranty activated by Viessmann themselves.
Thats where I came across ABC Plumbing... They were on the official Viessmann website as my local recognised installer. The chap provided an exceptional service and answered all of my many questions on the phone and then came round the next day to have a look and confirmed his very competitive quote.
On the day he arrived as agreed and promptly went about and did all the prep work and installed the boiler leaving it it all safe ad working. A week later as agreed he came back to empty the chemicals he had inserted and refill my entire central heating system with a different permanent cleaning chemical. He also issued me with a certificate having tested the emissions, combustion and gas levels etc.
Finally as promised he registered my new installation with both Viessmann to activate the free 5 year warranty and informed the local authority who issued a building regulations certificate - both certificates were received in the post today.
Over all a great service by a competent, honest and reasonable priced Gas Safe plumber. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
ABC Plumbing have carried out various jobs for me in the last three years, they repaired a 25 year old boiler for me several times before it finally passed out and then replaced it with an efficient new one, done my gas safety certificate, replaced radiator valves, and carried out other small plumbing jobs. I have always found them to be quick to respond to my calls, efficient, reliable, trustworthy and good value for money. It is comforting to have someone local that you can rely on.
