A TASTE OF SWEDEN - Food RetailerA Taste of Sweden is a company based on the Sunrise Coast in Suffolk near Blythburgh, specialising in Swedish cold smoked, warm smoked and marinated (Gravad lax) vacuum packed salmon and other delicatessen items. The Proprietor Sandra Benson formed the company as a result of spending many happy summers in resorts on the Baltic coast sampling the wonderful fare for herself, as a result of which she decided the experience was too good not to share.
The company supplies a range of Swedish delicatessen items, principally vacuum packed cold smoked and warm smoked salmon and that special Swedish delicacy Gravadlax which is marinated in spices and dill to an age old recipe. They also have a range of marinated herrings from a well known Swedish company and other deli items including a range of Swedish cheese.
A Taste of Sweden aims to give customers in the East Anglian area a chance to experience the delights of Swedish food by making it readily available locally either delivered to their homes. Or available by collection.
