Their ticketing system and their FAQ system is top notch, and you will always get a prompt, informed and helpful reply that same day.
With the price of their services, usually the cheaper you go, the poorer the service you'd expect, but that isn't the case with Wesh. It was a surprise at first, but it's this level of professionalism that you learn to appreciate as time goes by.
