Formed in 2004 the company has many years experience in the health and fitness industry.

Twenty4Seven Fitness delivers a range of fitness facilities and
memberships to individuals and groups, which are designed to fit anyone's
situation and needs. With a fully fitted gym and two studios, the gym also
has enthusiastic staff helping clients to reach their fitness goals.

The gym is able to offer various membership options, including long term
and short term choices. Tailored to individual needs, the memberships are
designed to help people reach their long term fitness goals or just keep fit
and can be benefiting to everyone. The memberships are available from
the gym.

With a close-knit unit of hard working and enthusiastic staff members,
Twenty4Seven Fitness has a professional team, trained to a high standard. Twenty4Seven Fitness has an expanding member base, based in and
around Portsmouth, including individuals and corporate groups.
