For these clients TAL Commercial has worked with lenders to develop a range of bespoke solutions which allow partial, flexible or full offset of interest charges during the term of the project.

A wide range of advice and alternatives, to a more than difficult refinancing situation, was offered in a sympathetic ,understanding and highly professional manner. The knowledge of market conditions and the possible strategic alternatives and possibilities was evident in the advice we were given.
