1.7 out of 5 | I have just had a very poor experience. At the time of order I explained I could only place an order if delivery was within 4 weeks, but when I chased at the 3/4 week period no delivery date could be given. After complaining I was lent a set of bunkbeds which was good but when yet again I was unable to get a delivery date for my original order I asked to keep the beds they'd lent me! As the beds lent were cheaper than my original order I expected a refund only to be given a credit note valid for 6 months rather than a refund. So for their failure to deliver my order (which I've now found out were delivered 7/8 weeks after full payment) I ended up paying nearly �70 more and they told me this was good customer service!
