4.0 out of 5 | I recall my first visit to the salon as it is quite discreet and I almost drove past it. From when I walked in I received a warm welcome by all the staff.
The beauty therapist was very professional in her manner and the wall was covered in all her certificates so I knew she was highly trained.
I must admit that the the treatment I was booked for was slightly embarrassing. I had never had a 'proper' bikini wax before but again I was show nothing but professionalism and skill; she made it as less painful as possible.

4.0 out of 5 | As a young male i went to get my face waxed for the first time i wasn't looking forward to it due to all the stories that you hear about how waxing hurts and of how embarrassing it is for a male to go into a salon. But the minute i stepped into the salon the atmosphere was warm and peaceful. I felt at ease. The therapists who waxed my face insured me that it would be painful but she also made me feel better by explaining the benefits of waxing. That how the hair will grow after weeks unlike shaving the hair starts growing the next day. As she was waxing my face she kept asking me if i was ok, this made me feel better and more relaxed. Overall the communication between staff and the clients is very good. i regularly go to get my face waxed once every month i am happy with the customer service. i have also recommended this salon to a few of my friends. wasim - 9 Apr 2008 |
