The Yoga Sanctuary - Yoga ClubThe Yoga Sanctuary is a peaceful haven close to the town centre and has been offering classes in Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Kriya Yoga, Chanting, Breath work and the Shat Kriyas (yogic cleansing techniques) for over eight years.
The Sanctuary offers a peaceful and friendly environment for your yoga practice, where classes are taught to mixed groups with each student receiving personal guidance and attention.
This is an opportunity to experience the wholeness and depth of Hatha Yoga whilst absorbing the extraordinary physical benefits derived from this ancient system of self care.
Steve and Debbie have trained, taught and qualified to teach Yoga in India, America and England. They teach from experience and with the inspiration they gain from their own daily, disciplined Yoga practice.
They have a deep love for and understanding of the path, and for them sharing it with others has been a natural and spontaneous act of service.
As well as two Yoga studios, a library and a temple for meditation there is also a fully equipped therapy room. The Sanctuary therapy room is fully self contained with a sauna, shower and massage facilities, giving the client a private and peaceful space to relax and rejuvenate.

You are accepted as you are with a lovely warm welcome. I would also recommend Debbie's massages which are marvellous and excellent value. |
