The Turbine is a custom-built business innovation centre offering high quality office accomodation and conference facilities to new or growing innovative businesses throughout the East Midlands. The centre, which is based in Shireoaks Triangle Business Park, near Worksop, opened in 2005 and has already supported over 40 new and early years companies. The Turbine comprises 45 offices and 4 workshop units, conference and meeting rooms, virtual office services, hot desk facilities, easy access, ample parking, a host of environmental features and a cafe / bistro.

The Turbine offers prestigious rental offices in the Worksop area incorporating the latest innovations designed to give businesses more than just a space to work in. The Turbine is an exciting place to be and is full of excellent design features, including a spacious lobby and corridors, walk ways with views of each floor and areas in which to relax and do business. Each rental office is available on an easy in, easy out short term lease agreement with an all-inclusive, fully featured monthly rental package.

The Turbine’s conference facilities include a fully equipped conference room and numerous offices and meeting rooms, all ideal for board meetings, training sessions, sales presentations, exhibitions and interviews, providing professional and confidential areas to meet customers, suppliers, agents and colleagues. Catering and refreshments are provided by the Wilduck Kitchen, the in-house Café / Bistro. Delicious cold finger buffets and hot fork buffets can be served together with a full range of drinks as required. Alternatively for smaller meetings, delegates are welcome to dine in the Café. The Turbine Business Innovation Centre is a Nottinghamshire County Council project supported by the East Midlands Development Agency, the Alliance SSP, Bassetlaw District Council and has been part financed by European Regional Development Fund, to provide support for local businesses and help regenerate the Bassetlaw district.
