The Sushi Guy - Catering The Sushi Guy is a catering company, offering delicious made-to-order Sushi delivered to both public and private clients throughout the local area. The company, which is based near Amersham, was established in 2008 and the proprietor has several years experience in the art of making sushi.
The company supplies private clients with boxed sushi delivered to their homes, a small dinner party catering service and also full on-site party catering services. Business events are also catered for, from simple boxed lunch deliveries up to fully catered events.
The company is owned and run by Ralph Bartlett, a long-time sushi addict who has spent a great deal of time learning about (and eating) fantastic sushi during many trips to Japan, Asia and California. The more he fell in love with the ‘wow’ experience of eating really good sushi, the more frustrated he was about the quality of sushi available locally.
In fact, he was so desperately seeking sushi that he was inspired to start this business.
