The Racecourse Centre - HostelLocated 1. 4 miles from York city centre, The Racecourse Centre is a well established company, offering modern budget accommodation to all groups including schools, hens, stags, music groups etc within York. Set-up in 1976 the racecourse centre has many years experience in the Accommodation sector.
The Centre is located within a few minutes drive from the centre of York, in one of the most desirable and quiet parts of the city, overlooking the famous Knavesmire and the Racecourse. There is plenty of space for coaches and cars to manoeuvre and park in the grounds free of charge.
The Racecourse Centre's experienced staff provide a friendly and flexible approach to all groups, including special diet requests.
The racecourse Centre has a large dining room on the ground floor which can seat up to 100 people.
There is a large recreation room on the first floor (no lift) which can hold up to 100 people. There is a TV, DVD and video player and CD player in their. It is also used for conferences and can seat up to 90 delegates theatre style.
All meals can be provided, including tea / coffee etc.
All groups must be pre-booked and pre-paid.
