A breath of fresh air is one way I could put the P.C Factory. I'm a complete technophobe when it comes to computers and can't stand dealing with anything to do with a P.C. or a printer. I was recommended by a mate who had used them before and he seemed very happy with the service he’d received. I’d been ripped off and messed about before so I was extremely dubious about having someone else round, I must admit I wasn’t exactly the most easy going customer, I’m sorry to say. But Mr Stapleton took it all in his stride and concentrated mainly on my problem rather than my negative energy, he went straight to work and solved the problem in a manner of minutes, it actually took the exact time it normally takes to make a cup of tea! Ever since that day I’ve never gone anywhere else and have passed their number on to all of my clients and my friends, he’s a lovely guy with a very patient manner, I couldn’t recommend his services most highly.Keep up the good work Mike.

I have known the PC Factory for several years and have been very impressed by the level of competence and cheerful expertise I have experienced. As the manager of a busy country cottage restaurant I need professional assistance with IT. The PC Factory has been exceptional in its service fulfilling all requirements of a busy modern day small business. It provides all the technical assistance and related products required. It is prompt to assist in emergency situations and provides a friendly, knowlegdeable and reliable service. I would certainly highly recommend it to others.

I have used The PC Factory for a range of services; these include a purpose a built PC with an outstanding spec, networking my home computer system, supplying Kaspersky internet security and (very cheap!) print cartridges. In every instance the quality of service provided was top notch. It's refreshing to experience such excellent customer service from some genuine IT experts. I cannot recommend these guys strongly enough.
