Successful Selves is currently run by Dr. Cate Brown Dip. Ed. M. Ed. (Hons) CSci Ph. D. Chartered Psychologist. Cate has extensive knowledge and expertise in the areas of motivation, learning and change management. She can help people identify and explore how their unique value system influences their choices, what they consider possible, what motivates their actions and where they choose to invest their energy and abilities.
Her associate Edith Cormack, has extensive experience in designing and delivering training for companies like Shell International and Roche Pharmaceuticals. Dr Brown's programme integrates innovative psychological theory into a practical framework that allows a person to develop areas of their life so that they experience more fulfilment and can view change as less of a threat to avoid and more as a challenge to embrace.
She offers; one to one life coaching to explore possibilities for developing self theories in a chosen area of life, personal coaching via video conferencing, profiling to highlight the specific beliefs and feelings that are either hindering or facilitating your ability to learn and change, a 2 day workshop or tailored CPD.
