Sonia Dixon - Counselling ServiceSonia Dixon has been working as a counsellor in Brighton since 2003 offering one to one counselling to clients with a wide variety of issues. Alongside her private practice she is also a tutor in counselling skills for Varndean College.
Sonia is a fully qualified counsellor (PG Diploma) and a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Counselling is offered on an open-ended or time limited basis and is tailored to the needs of the individual.
Because Sonia believes it is important that people feel comfortable with the counsellor they choose, she offers a free introductory session. This 30 minute session gives clients the opportunity to meet Sonia and talk about how counselling may help them.
