Snowsled started life in 1988 and has been manufacturing equipment for scientific and adventurous expeditions ever since. The product range has expanded, been continually refined and is at the leading edge in terms of innovation, design and quality of manufacture. They remain a small company, with the ability to react fast to customer requests.
Snowsled provide a wide range of different products for cold climate conditions including, Pulks, Wooden Nansen Sleds, Komatik Sleds, Traditional Pyramid Tents.
They also supply Mountain Rescue teams with Vacuum Mattresses and their Secure Casualty System Rescue Bag.
Snowsled Polar Ltd has a string of long term customers including The British Antarctic Survey and the Scottish Mountain Rescue to name few.
