1.3 out of 5 | I have placed an order on the 2nd of October and this outfit was in stock so I suspect next day delivery but I have still not received my goods. I have tired to contact the company several times and they are not answering the phone. I have also sent several emails and still have not received any answers. Payments for my goods have been taken out of my account. I want to know when my parcel will arrive as this is for a party and i need to know if i will receive the goods in time otherwise I will go as well for my goods. I want a reply back!! Ordered 2 items on 6th september 2008. Still have not received them by 22nd. No one answers the phone, when i do get through they say someone will phone me back but they never do. I have sent 4 emails- no reply. They have withdrawn my money from my account. They dont understand what customer service is!! 1.0 out of 5 | I have placed an order with this company, which promises next day delivery. It is now almost 2 weeks later and I have not received my item. I have e-mailed 5 times and received one response saying the order was delayed as it was out of stock (I see this is a regular problem from this website). However, they have given me no timeframe for delivery and no phone number to contact them by. I know from my own company that they would not pass audits with the information they send out. The phone is NEVER answered at all. I am disgusted and had ordered this item for a special event - I won't receive it in time for that. I have e-mailed today to demand a reply and information because otherwise I will raise a dispute with my credit card company. Of course this company HAS already taken my money. I would never recommend them to anyone. I am also interested to see that the Company is listed on Companies House at an address different from that on the website - I believe this to be a dubious company. One of the items I ordered was out of stock, but they called me the following day and offered a replacement or said I could wait a week until the product would come back into stock in.. I opted for the second option.
The stuff that was in stock arrived within a few days after the original order. I was kind of expecting it all to arrive in one shipment when it was all in stock - which was a nice surprise and cost me no extra postage unlike Amazon.
The other item arrived about 8 days later as they'd informed.
I was quite impressed with the service and politeness of the lady I spoke to and would be happy to deal with them again.Keith Szlamp - 13 May 2008 |
1.0 out of 5 | The fact that they claim next day delivery is a complete joke, I ordered goods with them in december and it took 5 days for them to arrive (and by that point they were surplus to requirement) and that was only after I contacted them after 3 days to ask where my stuff was and they said, 'oh, the product you ordered is actually out of stock, we just hadn't got round to telling you yet.' Well anyway, when I finally got the product it was fairly well made, so I decided last week to order something else from them (in the understanding that I probably wouldn't get it the next day anyway). I placed an order last wednesday and they took the money on thursday. I have received no goods, they do not answer their phone or respond to emails. So now I have contacted my back and begun a payment dispute because I refuse to pay for something I never received.
As all of the other negative comments left on here; DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a waste of time. Also, I see that the company leave a generic apology under each negative comment; don't bother, i'm not interested.
