5.0 out of 5 | I was recommended this company buy a friend. I called in the Morning and Brian was with me that afternoon (outstanding these days). Fixed my initial problem (printer settings) and then went on to tell me the potential problems I had coming up with my system and as he was there would take about an hour to solve (Great). He only charged me for the printer and part Hour. Brian then called 3 days later to make sure all was still well. I have taken out a contract with This company as it's buy far the cheapest method for the year. It's reassuring these days the this company is on the phone 24/7 when i need them. Brian has always managed to get the problems solved and is has exception knowledge of every aspect of the Technical world. My Company has been using Safescene for 2 years now. Thanks to Safescene my service levels have risen beyond my initials dreams. Wouldn't even think about anyone else. Service and support have been exceptional over all areas from phone installation to internet, email, and computer hardware purchasing, set up and problem resolution.
The business would function at a much reduced level without on going support from this source.
