I thought it would make a great present as he's always going on about his time in the Navy yet doesn't have any pictures on the wall.
I got my Mum to dig me out an old picture of one of his favorite ships and contacted Jackie at photographs-restored for a quote. As a don't have
access to a scanner Jackie was happy to come to my home with her gadgets and scan the picture for me.
I am pleased to say that the end result was exceptional and my Grandad was over the moon.
I am now keeping this in mind for the next time I don’t know what to buy someone.

4.3 out of 5 | I had some old photographs of my parents which were faded and scratched. I emailed scanned versions of the photographs to photographs-restored.co.uk for repair. I was prompted contacted with a quote.
My only other involvement was having to rescan the photos at a higher resolution, the original scan wasn't good enough.
The proofs where email back to me 6 days later. Top job.
