Peaceful Living is a new small business set up by Sarah Hunt to offer, Reiki healings and tuition to enhance well-being and spirituality and to bring peace, harmony and happiness to the client. Sarah offers the Usui / Tibetan form of Reiki and often uses crystals to enhance the effects of the Reiki.
Sarah's workshops are both fun and informative and she offers her students her support for as long as they feel they need it.

Reiki originated in Japan, and is a system of utilizing the Universal Life Force to heal the client in a natural way. The word Reiki means Universal Life Energy.

To heal is to make whole. That is, for the client to come into a wholeness of body, mind and soul. The purpose of Reiki is to give the client a better understanding of who they really are. It will therefore bring to the surface anything that has been experienced in this or other lifetimes that is necessary for the client to deal with, in order to move forward in this journey of life.

Sarah spent 12 years as a registered nurse in the hospital setting before becoming a practice nurse. After 2 years in general practice she then moved into medical sales. Sarah's career has involved a vast amount of counselling experience. Sarah also has the ENB 998 Teaching and assessing course and throughout her career has been involved with teaching both trained and untrained nursing and medical staff. She has transferred these skills to her Reiki treatments and workshops. Sarah is also a memeber of IndependentProfessional TherapsitInternational and The reiki Association.
