An expert in his field, Neil was Technical Services Manager at Karndean for 6 years, where his role involved research and development, problem solving and product development.

5.0 out of 5 | We wanted a top quality floor for our new kitchen and dining room. Paul’s professionalism and obvious pride in his work and craftsmanship was evident from our first meeting with him. We openly discussed ideas of flooring combinations to compliment both rooms before deciding on an excellent oak effect with walnut trim.
The fitting itself was completed inside 3 days with Paul and Neil working flexible hours to minimise disruption. The attention to detail that the lads displayed gave us confidence that the finished product would be of the highest quality.
The finished floor is superb and exactly what we wanted to achieve. The walnut trim aligns with the walls and features of each room. The quality and detailing of the cornering is particularly eye catching and completes a floor that is totally unique to our property. Mark Helm - 25 Feb 2009 |

Although we had our own ideas we went along with his recommendation on pattern and product which proved to be a very wise move. The finished floor in our bathroom looks terrific and has been laid by Paul and his partner to an extremely high standard. They are both very personable and trustworthy. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

4.7 out of 5 | Paul's name was given to us by a salesman in a tile warehouse at Team Valley. He told us that Paul 'was the best', and so it proved.
We had two new en suite bathrooms built, and were looking for floor coverings to complete the picture. Paul helped us in the planning/design stage by providing tile samples and discussing the job with us. Later he and Neil showed great flexibility in working around our builder's schedule, in an allocated slot. They arrived mid- afternoon, and announced they would stay until the job was finished- 10.00pm!, and what a transformation !
The design and finish are quite beautiful, and in one of the bathrooms the design is outstanding. Several friends were left standing in awe!! Our Karndean floor is a little more expensive than some, but it is worth every penny.
Both Paul and Neil certainly know how to lay a floor, and the attention paid to small details is exceptional in the trade these days.
We can heartily recommend both Paul and Neil, they won't let you down, and the results are truly stunning.

4.7 out of 5 | Paul and Neil recently fitted Project flooring in our kitchen and hallway. We were very impressed with their level of professionalism and service, and it is genuinely impossible to praise them highly enough.
The job turned out to be more complicated than we could have imagined, as lots of work needed to be done to the subfloor before the new flooring itself could be laid. We were grateful for Paul's advice on this, as we knew that the new flooring would be going down on solid and long-lasting foundations.
Paul and Neil worked extremely hard, with real dedication and attention to detail. Just as important, they worked with good humour throughout. I can honestly say that they were a joy to have around!
I would sum-up by saying that Paul and Neil are not just people who lay flooring - they create floors. We are delighted with our new floor - it's warm and welcoming and has real 'wow factor'! I would recommend Paul and Neil to anyone, without hesitation. |
