4.7 out of 5 | We have a concrete floor which was in an awful mess, not level, problems with damp. We had lived with this for years as other tilers were put off by the condition of the floor. Paul went to a lot of trouble to ensure that the floor was level, having to dig much of it up and clear the site prior to treating it. He subsequently laid travertine floor tiles and also tiled the walls - he did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend him. 5.0 out of 5 | It’s difficult to know where to start in reviewing Paul’s service; from first recommendation to completion of the work Paul demonstrated a highly professional attitude and an outstanding attention to detail. It was 2 weeks before the birth of our first child that we contacted Paul. It was our initial thought that we had a break in the grout of our existing tiles and therefore a fairly routine repair job. I contacted Paul who actually arrived 2 hours later to inspect the job. Within a matter of minutes Paul had identified a much greater problem, one that could have developed into a major structural issue. Understanding the time restraints we were under with the impending birth, Paul took immediate action to offer a full solution. Paul worked to rearrange his diary and successfully completed the work prior to the arrival of our new family member! It was necessary to involve a number of trade people, including plumbers and plasterers, with Paul’s experience within the industry he has build up a trusted group of reputable contacts and he was able to handle all the coordination of these firms to allow me to enjoy the remainder of my pregnancy stress free!! Paul not only completed a superb job that is over and beyond my expectations but also provided a reassuring calmness to a situation. It is with no hesitation that I recommend Paul Coyle to you.
