Having previously sub-contracted for a number of large construction companies including: Carillion, Balfour Beatty and Kvearner, and Brosley Homes etc As well as having the experience of site management and numerous qualifications in relation to the construction industry, Tony is well trained and qualified to manage the business.

Allowing clients to seek professional friendly advice throughout the year, the business provides the general public with an expert , reliable, cost effective approach to all joinery and building requirements. With locally sourced materials and expert staff, their service is guaranteed to be cost effective and to meet all current building regulations.

They have an expanding customer base that are situated in and around Durham, including several local companies and local authorities, as well as local people. The business manufactures a wide range of staircases, re-furbishments of existing staircases that are custom built and tailored to meet the clients requirements. Bespoke furniture which can be designed by the client are also made in their workshop. Their products feature a stronger construction using only the best locally sourced materials which makes them essential for every day use and are available from their workshop at competitive prices. All Joinery and Building work is undertaken including supplying and fitting Kitchens, loft conversions, extensions.

Tony was prompt in terms of providing a quotation, giving a start and end date which he adhered to and was pleasant throughout his three day work period. He is thoughtful in his approach and meticulous in his execution of work. Tracey, his wife, is a perfect foil who works behind the scenes providing ordering support and occasional delivery of materials that would do justice to Nissan's 'Just in time' production system. Provided you are well stocked with coffee, Tony will provide an excellent joinery service.

The work carried out by Oakbridge was first class and very reasonably priced.I would recommend Oakbridge to anyone whether the job be big or small.

I was very pleased with the service i recieved from oakridge joinery. Everything from the explanation of the work that would be undertaken, to the work itself was to a very high standard. I would recommend this company, and am already going to use them again very soon.
