Server co-location is provided from one of two data centres located at the recovery centre. Communications to the outside world are by means of two different carriers ranging from 256k up to 100Mb bandwidth.
The recovery centre has significant amounts of redundancy and resilience built into every aspect such as two internet carriers, two telephone exchanges, two backup generators and mains power from two different geographical points.
The entire centre is covered by high definition CCTV both inside and outside for added security.
NetSupport can also provide traditional disaster recovery services such as mobile recovery vehicles and equipment offload.
