1.3 out of 5 | Mirror ordered 13th December 2007 as a Christmas present. I was told I could pay £50 extra to guarantee arrival by Christmas. Nothing arrived by Christmas and there was no communication from Mirrorworld. After many phone calls from me after Christmas the mirror arrived on Jan 15th (with no apologies from the company). The quality wasn't good. The back of the oval mirror wasn't even cut in an oval. I returned it (at a courier cost of £33) on Jan 25th and then had to wait until February 14th for the refund of my £50 "by Christmas" delivery charge and only after many more emails and phone calls I was finally told the remainder of the refund has been made on 5th March, minus £22.50 for carriage and admin.
This company has no sense of customer service. There was no apology for the inconvenience. No apology for not delivering by Christmas, and they didn't even keep to their 30 days limit for refunds, taking 40 days in my case.
