There is also the world renowned Abbey Gardens with hundreds of varieties of roses. Historic Tetbury with 1300 years of recorded history, traditional stone architecture and medieval Chipping Stones Steps is only 1 ½ miles away. Also within easy reach is Westonbirt Arboretum famous for its magnificent tree collection, Bath, Cirencester, Slimbridge Wildfowl Centre and The Cotswolds.
Good walks in unspoilt countryside are available from the property to neighbouring villages and beyond. Merchants Farm B&B is within easy reach of good pub food and some highly acclaimed restaurants.
