Made Gallery - Gift Shop Made Gallery is a gallery offering hand made contemporary jewellery, ceramics, textiles, leather goods and glass to customers throughout the local area. The gallery, which is located in Uppingham (Oakham), was established in 2007 by Julia Groundsell.
With a workshop on site, Julia, who is a jewellery maker, the gallery is able to offer a bespoke jewellery design service to individuals. The jewellery can be designed to offer unique pieces, enabling customers to find the perfect gift for themselves or others.
Made gallery also has on offer a wide range of contemporary gifts and jewellery that are handcrafted and sourced from makers in the UK and european. The gifts are all handmade, making them perfect for customers looking for something unique, and they are available from the gallery and the website. Made holds several artists work in stock and also has seasonal exhibitions. Work from Hazel Atkinson, Kokkino, Ken Eardley and Sally Wakelin are but some of the items on offer.
The gallery is managed by Julia who has been making and working in the Jewellery and Gift industry since 1999. Julia originally set up the company Jeg Design, designing and making contemporary jewellery, which is now sold in Made gallery.
Hours of BusinessMade Gallery are open for business from are closed Monday and 10.00 to 17.00 Tuesday to Saturday.
