Linda has trained over a span of 18 years in Advanced Applied Counselling, Person Centred Art Therapy, Advanced Colour Therapy and in the late nineties qualifying as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, specialising in confidence, self esteem, stress and motivation leading into personal coaching and performance. On a more personal level addictive behaviour's in relationships, obesity and life management skills. Clients, rest assured that all consultations are strictly confidential and adhere to a very strict code of conduct.
All consultations are carried out with integrity and can benefit a wide range of issues in a variety of environments. It is not only the personal individual that can benefit but groups of individuals within the work place. The core values of this work is integration and communication and it is through this process that the rewards will be experienced and the benefits show themselves.
