I requested a technical consultation on plans for my small business to migrate to new servers in order to increase efficiency and improve performance. Mr. Laird was very understanding on the needs of a small business. He was able to identify my technical requirements and put them into a manageable costed proposal, allowing me to amend as required. His company's technical support was excellent as the project was undertaken, as was their attitude to customer service and support post-migration.
